rh rear door vx ss not opening

we have an 02 vx ss upon which the rh rr door is not opening. so how do you get it open to fix it?????
you can hear central locking working and door will still not open. need to open door to take trim off!!!

Is the lock actully popping up ?

lock the car put the key in the drivers side door and twist the lock left dead locking the car then take the key out and unlock the car with the button if this dosnot work take the inside door handle off and pull the u shaped metal rod behind it twards the front of the car this should open the door if the rod has slipped off the handle
