so i took the rear side seatbelt off along with the window sill cover it goes through any way when i went to put it back on it retracted and now there is not enough slack left between it and the guide that bolts on above it,is there a special way i can pull some slack through cos atm it aint budging!!??

There's weights in the mechanism that release it, u have to be slow, n try pulling towards the roof slowly n different angles

ok its not back in yet as theres not even enough slack to bolt it back on !

The best way is to bolt the mechanism back in place first, then try to retract some more belt back into it and then slowly pull it back out. If the mechanism is even slightly off to how it is mounted on the car the internals wont free up and release when trying to pull the belt out.
