I'm with NRMA, 20 years old, VT V6. Green P's.

Third Party Fire and Theft is $503 per year, can't be bothered even contemplating Full Comp - cost about 7 times what the car did ($500). Last check it would be a bit short of $4000 per year for full comp.

    I'm with RACV.

I was with GIO for the Clubby when I was in Mornington because they were cheaper but when I moved to Cranbourne the GIO premium sky rocketed to $2000 while RACV was able to do $1500.

I tried JustCar and a few others but their premiums were not great either and YOUI wanter about 5G .

Full comprehensive, just car insurance I don't understand it but I got quoted by AAMI for the exact same car for $3200, I thought just car is a sub-company of AAMI?

I think Just Car made a mistake lol. $1700 to insure a v8 for an 18 yo is unheard of using the major insurance companies. I have a 65% no claim bonus and im 29 and got quoted $1800 when i was going to buy a VE SS. I think location has alot to do with it as i live in the western suburbs of sydney.

    try $1700 for a 5spd Vs Ute as a male 19yrs old =P
full comp though through allianz (not my choice *hint* ^.~)

cheapest i could potentially get it down to is about $1300 with high excess through Just Car.
thats all garaged, and everything. no accidents, claims or anything.

but i remember the day i got the licence i thought i would have a look.
they wanted $5000+ full comp for the ute.... no place would do it cheaper.
    my jaw dropped =P
how about we make the pedals out of sticky rubber and the shoes with steel spikes. at least my shins would like that
