Had service done to car at 280000kms as dislayed on dash.

I had a minor service done on my vt at xmas 2011 and after 3 week the service reminder came back on how do i stop this or reset it to 300,000 kms
this was done at 280,000 kms and every time i start the car this 280,000 service riminder comes on please help.

Asssuming it's still there - it's also in your handbook, in your glovebox.

In the hand book it sure is. It's just a case of reading your hand book. Followed the instructions in my Daughters hand book a few months back to "kill" the reminder in her VT. Only takes a moment.
