high beams come on randomly

got this problem lately where the high beams will come on randomly, even when i have the lights off as they often come on during the day and you dont notice till someone starts flashing their lights at you and then if you move the stork around they will go out, but can come back on 5 mins later

i would say the stalk needs replacing, mums vt used to randomly flick the blinkers on till it was replaced

Yep be the stalk mate, Mine use to do the same thing lol. New ones on ebay for $40-50

yep, indicator stalk. I replaced mine just today.
FYI genuine GM part is now over $110 !! I only paid $57 last time I replaced one!
