Default front sway bar mount bushes

hey guys quick question, what size is a VT series 1 sway bar mount bush in thickness or girth (lol) size in MM.

and do the link pins need to come off to install them, or do nolathane mounts have a slit in them which you can slide over the sway bar.

cheers, in the middle of changing all my bushes.

    Link pins must come off.

Sway bar bushes have a slit.

thanks mate, so if they have a slit, why do the link pins need to come off if you dont mind me asking? is it jsut for extra movement through out the sway bar?

My bad... I thought you meant the D bushes on the sway bar because you asked the MM thicknes of the stabalizer bar... The Link Pin bushes DO NOT HAVE any slits.

hmm tad confused here, do the front sway bar bushes have slits or no lol? because in this "how to" it looks like he does and it doesnt say or explain you need to take off the link pins to get these onto the sway bar.

Yep the sway bar mount bushes should have a slit in them, not sure as to whether you have to take off link pins when changing or not as when I did mine I was changing the link pins anyway so had them off.
You could get away with loosening the lower link pin mount onto sway bar so you can get a bit of play in the bar, enough to slip the new bushes on with?
