    - Self installation
Really easy. 2 bolts, 4 rubbers and 2 clamps for the cat back. Bit more involved if fitting extractors, but easy enough with patience and time. About a 3 hour job all up with extractors. No welding required to fit any of it either.

    - How to avoid a Rubbish Note
I do the Manta 2 1/2" cat back that sounds really good.

    - Setups
Depends on your budget. Extractors for better acceleration, leave the stock cat unless you want it louder and raspy, then the Manta system. $670 shipped for extractors and the system.

    - Best brands and prices.
    As above.

So that manta package comes with Extractors, high flow cat, 2 1/2" piping and what about resonators and the like?

The Manta system comes with extractors and a 2 1/2" mandrel bent cat back with front muffler and rear resonator. It doesn't come with a cat, as I recommend leaving the original cat unless you want it louder and raspy. If you want a cat, it will be an extra $195 and there will be some welding required to weld the new cat in.

Yeah I think I would start it without the exhaust just for the pure fun of it hahaha.
