what extent do engine mods require an engineers cirt in Victoria?

Hey, I thought I would ask before I started modifying my vx. I am about to purchase and fit either a solid cam or a huge hydrologic cam, big valve heads and all the rest into my ls1 it should make about 350rwkw once done. Now will I need to get this engineered? I dont want to find out afterwards once Mr plod pulls me over and rubs it in my face. Any ideas thanks

Overlap from a 'huge cam' will be EPA defective....especially since your in vic

good luck getting to 350rwkw with head and cam as LS1's stroked to 383 only get there on occasion
