Angry Noisy tires, or wheel bearings???

Hi Guys, I have noticed that I have a very annoying whirring sound at around 50 - 60km/h and I was just wondering if its just the cheap as Nankang tires that I had to buy for rego, or if the wheel bearings are on the way out?
The noise seem loudest around 50 but it goes away under about 20km/h???
I know I should have bought better tyres, but the finances wouldnt allow it with rego and other things.
    What do you guys reckon?
    Thanks,
    Jarrad

Its hard to say without hearing it mate, does it do it if the road curves in a certain direction, or just all the time at that speed?

If it did'nt make the noise before the new tyres i'd say they are the culprit.

It doesnt matter if it on corners or straight, its still there, and gruntss, I got a new steering rack as part of rego too, could that have anything to do with it?
