Hesitates when accelerating quickly on LPG?

My dual-fuel VXII has just started hesitating if I accelerate hard when on LPG. Not when on petrol.

This is very dangerous when pulling out across traffic. Backing off solves the problem. I thought it may have had something to do with air intake or the spark plugs, but I replaced the air filter and the spark plugs and still no improvement. That leaves me to think it's not getting enough gas when I accelerate too quickly, but it's getting enough for most ordinary driving.

Any thoughts on what could be the problem / solution?

Have you replaced plug leads? Gas tends to make minor problems major. That is it will run fine on petrol and not show any problems but when on gas????? Just a thought. Plus I take it that you have the earlier venturi type system fitted.

mine had the same problem the tuning on gas is so delicate just get your lokal gas mecanic to tune / service the gas should have no problem
