it means they have a fully sik wide body kit and a massive milo tin exhaust that sounds liek a wet fart and with the wikkid blow off valve for their huge turbo with the million stickers all over the car and the doof doofs crankin so loud that they cant hear the cops and their excuse is that they cant see the road because their **********************.............

well the true meaning... i think... is beacuse they make these cars in Asia, they joke that the cars actualy run on rice.... rice being Asia's main food source... Rice Burner.
