how much would lowering my vt commodore cost
would i need new shocks as well im hoping to go pretty low
If you go below super lows you will need shortened shocks/struts but you will probably need new ones anyways if they haven't been replaced since the car was built.
Can get kits of GSL rally sports for around $700 I think and you will need a 4 point camber kit if you don't want uneven tyre wear.
KYB / Kings Commodore Lowering Packages!
thanks how much would i have to pay to get it fitted
Not to sure did mine myself not to hard to do at all just time consuming.
i havnt got much patience so i might ask around for a place
cost me abit over $1000 for parts and labour
yeah just over 1000's for parts and labour, but if done RIGHT a bit more.
lowered struts/shocks/springs- monroe on ebay sell a lowering set for 650$. and GSR on here has sets for a bit more than that.
strut top mounts and bearings- 160$ for nolathane/whiteline set or 100 for a cheapy set
and a camber kit- 160ish for a 4 point one.
and so so many more things you can change for a better ride, but i wouldn't lower a vt without what ive listed.
