Really Retarded Question

Trying to remove my VT radiator, but can't get those bloody connector plugs for the fans up the top of the radiator seperated! How do you get them unplugged?

Tried using pliers and just ended up breaking off some of the plastic clip

Do I get a screwdriver up under the plastic clip thing and push out or something?

Use a thin flat head to push under the clip to lift it out of it's locked in position. (A jewelers one would be the best) Just be careful as chances are it will be brittle.
