as i have just recently put a heater tap in my vt commo (see recent thread of mine) my mate did a service on the weekend and said there was oil in the radiator and hav checked and there is and it smells burnt, but no water in oil or milky residue in oil cap, the burnt oil smell i smelt wen i took radiator cap off can be smelt when my air con is on now after installing heater tap, and the air doesnt get hot, there is also a different smell from when the air con is set cold then hot
