vt will not start

hey i have a 98 vt commodore that will not start! i have checked all the usual suspects and still nothing.i have checked spark plugs and leads, new battery, new key, new ecu, new starter motor, checked coil pack, and fuses, and relays and also petrol filter and pump! any ideas would be great as i am out of ideas now.

does the red mode LED go out when cranking
did you get the new ECU and BCM linked or it will not start

jump start it, i had simular problem when i let my car **** for months and had to jump start it but even that took a while u just have to keep winding it and it will kick over, well least that worked for me. Thats all i can think of atm.

You were wrongly informed. It will definitely not start until you get the ECU and BCM linked. It is for security reasons. If you installed the new ECU with the BCM that goes with it then it is not necessary to link them.
