just wondering what the main differences were between the VX series one SS and the series two SS.

I have heard that the Fuel Gauge sensors had a fault. Also apparently with the IRS had a problem too, where the inside of the tyres would scrub out. But this got fixed in the VX Series II. But apart from that, I wouldn't know of anything else. About the fuel problem, I know of one person who owned a Series I VX SS and her car kept running out of petrol before the trip or gauge said the tank was empty. She was told that this was a problem in the first series. But I am sure other people here on this forum probably own Series I VX SS and they probably never had an issue. Also my father owns a VT Commodore and never has an issue with his back tyres.

the VX II has an extra Link in the rear end , dont worry about fuel issues this can be fixed up with a Quick trip to your Local Tuner.
