VT V6 airbag light

Hey guys, just a question for those that know how to reset the airbag light!!!

I had my car scanned and the codes that came up were codes 33 and 53 and I am wondering if anyone knows how to reset this thanks

Holden or someone else with a tech 2 are the options AFAIK.

The VT to VZ workshop manual says that SRS error code 33 is - passenger side airbag - open circuit, or loop capacitance is too low.
Code 53 is - Vehicle configuration mismatch. This code will set when an SDM (Sensing and Diagnostic Module) has been fitted to the vehicle that has the wrong configuration of pre tensioners and airbags that the SDM was intended for.
These problems will have to be fixed before these codes will be able to be cleared.

sounds like you've changed the cluster you'll need to get it configured to your car

take it to holden, and get them to configure it all. i had the same prob when i bought my car, the cluster had been changed, so the light couldn't be reset. cost me $70 from memory
