how you you remove the black clips of the ends of the fuel filter to remove it

Best way is to buy a fuel fitting quick release tool - available for about $12 from Repco and other auto parts stores. Saves damaging the fittings and spending even more fixing them up.

VT SS 5.7L Commodore.
Yeah my mate in his SS broke them off. He ended up buying fuel hose and going back to the original fuel hose and clamp way.
