How does the traction control work (of the diff or brakes) and how do i tell if its got a LSD diff?Its a 1998 vt Berlina.

yes it does work off the same sensors as the abs. when it there is low traction in the manual it says that it reduce the torque
if you look at the diff on the rear plate there is normally a tag that tells you if it is lsd

a tag on th side of th diff the 2nd code is if ABs is fitted.

also if you jack both wheels off the ground and turn one side both should turn the same way if lsd. of not they turn the opposite ways to each other.
