Cosmo Purple VX SS

Im about to buy one, if i get what i want for my car.

Its factory colour, apparently one of 5 ever made, anyone know what the story is with them?

It would be a special order color Holden wait until they get an order for 5 or 10 of a special color before they will build it possibly a company wanted it for their fleet!

I think its a trial, before the release of the Purple monaros and then the VY.

At least thats what i was told years ago when i saw a Hothouse Green S. I've since seen Yellow and Orange Commos

The dealer said its one of five, just wanted to know if it would be roughly correct

I test drove a cosmo purple VX SS from a dealer on Parramatta Rd Burwood in Sydney a few months back.

It had purple leather interior also.
