ELM327 Scan Tool

Do all of those ELM327 OBD2 scan tools sold on eBay work on commodores? Have a VU V6 and am thinking of getting one of those scan tools but not sure if the ELM327 is the right one the buy.

VT V6,5.0L, VU V6, VX V6 are not ODB2, no it won't work.

Comes with the software as well. If you have a laptop it's awesome to sit in the car going through all the bits of info.
