I have a 1999 Statesman. The cigarette lighter socket has come loose and every time I plug something in it blows the fuse. I’ve managed to remove a panel which allows me to see that the big nut on the back of the socket has come unscrewed. I can see it, but there is no way I can get it back on and tighten it up without removing the console. Can anyone help me with instructions to remove the console so I can get at the back of the cigarette lighter socket please?
