Just wondering what people pay for a transmission service. Dealer wants $195.00 - I reckon it might be a bit steep.

To be honest that doesn't sound to bad. Its a pretty decent services, make sure they drain out the trannie and all.... Plus spend a few bucks more and use a fully syntheic oil mate

LOL most places mate charge around 200 bucks. It takes a while, most garages I know charge around the 180 mark with normal oil. At the end of the day its up to you mate, ring around and get some quote from other places and work it out from there....

Really, here down im Melbourne, the standard rate for a Commodore service is 99 bucks.
Doesn't include a full flush thow I wouldn't think.

Sth Eastern, try to goto a VACC member place cause they're prices are a little more reasonable.

Thats a bit of a rip, i only pay $120 for mine and thats from a well renound place. In Western Sydney
