When restarting my car after it has warmed up but been doing nothing for an hour or so - it trns over, engine fires brifly and then dies. It usually starts immediately on the next attempt. My beast is a VX II factory Dual fuel. Is this a tuning problem or something to do with the petrol injectors not firing for long enough.
Other cars that I have seen this happen to (Not Holden's) it has been the injectors leaking. Changing them fixed the problem.Originally Posted by VXIIwagdf
Just noticed today that it does the same thing on petrol, dies on starting up when warm - not hot
