Not sure which type of moulding you have. Some have double sided tape on the back just peel off the protective backing to expose the sticky part, make sure your paint is clean and dry then stick it on. With other types you need to buy some Sikaflex which is a type of silicone apply it to the back of the moulding then hold it on the door for a couple of minutes until it sets a bit. Sikaflex is really strong once it sets properly which takes about 12 hours.
