How much is 00 VT worth?

Hi, Im selling my 2000 VT series II olympic ed. Its in mint condition and has an aftermarket exhaust and stereo. 115k on the clock, white duco..

So what do u reakon its worth.. Ive seen the same car going for about 12-13k from a dealer.. Im guessing its worth about 10ish???

10,000 sounds like a fair price, especially with 115000 on the clock, relatively low. Could always try for a bit more see if theres any interest and negotiate down... Id say between 10-12k

I paid $3,500 for my 98 sedan with RWC & 12 months rego about 3 weeks ago. It is a V6 auto with 17" SS rims & tint with 200kms. I would post a pic if I knew how.

No offence to your car but with the new model just released it'll probably knock more off the price of yours, i'm guessing around the 8 grand mark.

Ah yes! Very true, that didnt cross my mind! Yeahh unfortunatly now that the VE is out models below will all go down in price... Good for buyers, bad for sellers

yer.. just bought the sunday times today and 98 vts still going for 12 grand from dealers.. mines a series II and 00 model wid low k's so im thinking I could get 11-12k easy, remember im in wa - second hand cars are worth more here!!

i rekon ud b lucky 2 get 8 grand these days i mean u can get a V8 5.0 ltr 4 10-12 grand these days if u look n do ur reasearch hard enough thats private sales tho dealers usually charge more

look on carsales for 1 similar VTs are worth bugger all now. huge price drop, u could pik 1 up for 4k in good nick

3,500 with reg n roady, 4,000 on car sales i cant belive it i buoght my VR smae time last year for $5,000 with 170,000km on the clock and that was a damn hard find good deal, i cant belive how much the market has droped....

Working out the best price tosell a car is a nightmare, just so many variables.

Dood, take a look at Redbook.com.au - this is the guide that car dealers go by when they offer you a rediculous price for your car and you LOL at them.

It is also a guide for general car buyers to know what price to pay for any car sold in Australia. Also listed is the price when new. Some of the prices go back to the '70s (Just so you know what that VB Commo is worth)
