Electric Window switch

The switch assembly in the front seat for the Electric Windows doesn't work for the rear left window on the up run unless you pull the button in a certain way. I have the new one just need to know how to get the old assembly out. Guy at holden said to use a credit card but i think i must have the wrong technique.
Any clues on how to get it out

Basically what the holden guy said is right, just keep at it. I managed to get it out with fingernails lol, all u need it to get something and push it slightly in at the sides and use leverage to push it up and unclip. Keep at it and u will get it, if worse comes to worse and u still cant manage to get it out u can just take out the console which is also pretty easy, and I'll post instructions 4 that if necessary.
