Removing seat backs - any tips

Due to wayward kids feet I am replacing the springy pocket that is on the back of the passengers seat in my VT2 Berlina.

Any tips on how to get the back off the seat?

The pocket fits onto the hard seat back - are there any spots where locator pins/clips are likely to snap if I get too enthusiastic when removing?

Thanks

The easiest way is to yank it off, I believe you get new clips when you buy the new pocket. The clips are cheap to buy anyway.

Yep and yep.

There is no friendly way to do it, just give it a yank, takes a bit of pressure.
