I have been told that the rear of the VP's can be notoriously hard on tyres (have also found out). Anyone had any luck with camber kits?
oh that plastic garnish between the taillights foesn't like sun all that much.. they tend to snap!
Yes have had very good success with the camber kits before. Helped fix a small issue with my mates VP GTS. One thing to add here is that if you are suffering alot of tyre where check your rear cross meber (if it is IRS) and make sure it is not cracked. this is a common problem in teh V8 version cars and should be checked regularly. These are the same rear frames as the v6 cars with IRS so can be swapped without issue. the crossmember is about $200 and to fit is a weekend jobbie. Just have a captian cook first then see whether you need the camber kit, as if it is the rear crossmember then you maybe actually masking up a problem rather then fixing it...
