wiring diagram for rear lights to wire in trailer

hi guys - can anyone let me know what the colours for the wires to the rear lights are for a VX commodore. I want to wire in a loom for the trailer lights, and cant find a wiring diagram anywhere. trying to find out left indicator, right indicator, ground, brake, parkers etc...
