hi everyone
first off does any one have one of these or know if they are any good
second if so does any one know how to wire it to vx ss

It should be +ve, -ve and the signal wire goes to the -ve side of the ignition coil.

you have to wire it to the signal ouput from your ecu. im pretty sure you cant wire it to the neg of the coil as LS1's are coil on plug. meaning they have eight coils and you will only be getting 1/8 of the signal
