Have you checked the wire running to the horn? Front-right, near where a fog light might go in the front bar.

You can always scream at people and flip the bird. I don't think I ever use my horn, can't remember the last time I did.

Pull down your panel under the steering wheel and look on the fuse diagram for the horn fuse. Then find that fuse on the panel and pull it to see if it's blown. It could possibly be the relay. Just find another relay on the relay board that is the same as the horn one, and put that in place of the original horn one to find out whether the relay is at fault. Good luck!

Today got around to pulling down steering wheel column cover where fuses are and found the horn fuse which was blown i replaced with same 15 fuse and when i went to test horn i heard a clicking sound under bonnet and then i looked at fuse ander steering wheel and had poped again so iam asuming must be relay or else if not that faulty horn!!!

I doubt the horn would be causing the fuse to go. I don't have any VT wiring diagrams, but I'd expect the horn to be wired to the relay output. The relay output and the driving cct on the coil side would are separated.

If the fuse is popping immediately I'd guess the relay may be fu(ked resulting in excessive current flowing,.. weird but possible. Try swapping the horn relay with another and see if the same thing occurs.
