Rear Window Rubber Seal Vt.
On the back window of the VT sedan down the bottom there is a plastic / rubber seal that as far as i can see is just a dsut cover seal. What i am wondering is does it just clip in or do i have to have a sealent product? Holden said its just cosmedicts but im not sure. Cheers

r u lookin 2 replace it? i needa know this also mine seems 2 have a lil kink in it from the previous owner im guessing they shut the boot while there was somthing sitting there and it jammed? do u get these strips from only holden or can u get em elsewhere?

the rubber strip i think you guys are talking about usually shrinks and gets funny kinks in it due to weather uv rays ect. you could probably also get these from a wind screen instaler/shop to take them out depends on if it has been glued in with the window or not you could try to pull it out as they are usually just tucked under the window if it appears to be stuk with the window sealant/glue you will probably need a professional window instaler to do it for you hope this helps

Cheers yeah i got one today from holden for $23 bucks. I just had a funny kink in mine and looked crap so i thought i would replace it.
