Super Super Lows

Hey

I recently fitted 20's to my car and it raised my ride height a fair bit. I had Superlows in it but now im thinking of getting KHRL-46SSL fitted.

I got a price for 170 delivered off a guy on ebay is this reasonable? Also how much is it going to cost to get them fitted and shorter shocks. I already got a 4pt Camber kit so I know that will have to get re-adjusted.

with 20's you would want to get some sssl king springs and get them reset another inch..

I only want to drop another inch because a kit is going on and also when I carry passengers it will rub all the time.

Why?

Wheel size makes little and generally no difference to ride height as the tyre size changes in turn with the wheel. Bigger wheel smaller tyre to keep the overall rolling diameter the same and in turn keep your speedo accurate. With 20's its pushing it and is generally a bit too big but shouldnt change the overall diamater by more than 1.5-2cm.

170 for SSL is steap if its only for rears!
I got my springs 125 a set...

Where did you get them from? That price was off ebay so i don't think I will be buying off them. What shockies did you use? And how much?

I got them through MC automotive... my local mechanic...
Front i got standard fe2 shocks but rear i got pedders big bore shocks... 300 a pop!

I got a better quote of 120 + 25 shipping for the springs from another company. Whats an alright set of shorter shocks to get, preferrably cheap?

errr theres no such thing as sssl king springs...there's super low, super super low (which is the same as ultra low!!) and that's the lowest... and i would not recommend using ultra lows on a car with 20 inch wheels...also 'IF' there were super super super low king springs (dumb!) resetting them another inch would be the dumbest thing to do as they would fall out...

actually there ARE such things as SSSL's. i have them in my car, and know a few other people that have them to. have you even looked at the king springs website?
