Resetting the trip computer.

Sorry, propbably a dumb question but i can't seem to reset the trip computer on 2000 VT Commodore.

Could a kind sir or madam please advice

Hold down the mode button and UP at the same time i think it is... It's either mode + Up or mode + Down.. I do it automatically without thinking :/

If it doesnt work first try, press mode untill your on the fuel usage / trip distance then do it again.

I think you have to be travelling slower than 35 kph for it to work also

There is a trick also to display more modes, holdown the Mode with Up buttons keep holding turn on the ignition (You dont have to start the engine) and release the mode+up button after several seconds, this will display couple of modes like temp and stuff I don't know if anyone knows the other modes it displays let me know thank you. Hint: Press mode to switch between different new modes... To get back to the normal condition turn the car off then turn back on.. Goodluck...

u dont need to turn the car off
u need to push either mode and down or down and up i cant remember
also u can get things like voltage fuel/minute (i think) speed temp and other tech things holdens use to service
