i have a thread in the v6 modification/developement section asking bout gearbox upgrades for a supercharger being installed soon to my vt... its a stock 5sp manual which is the old getrag... i know i'll have to get a heavier clutch but what i want to know is will the getrag handle 300kw @ the fly? ppl have said i shuld just do the s/c and wait for the getrag to blow up lol but i dont want a broken gearbox. will a strengthened rebuild suffice? how much will it cost me abouts to make the tranny ready for the s/c? also as a side note, how much would it cost me to get lsd jammed in the back end? and does any1 know good places to get these sorts of things done in melbourne?
