vx belina gear box

i have a vx belina with a 4 speed auto and when u are in 1st gear and floor it, it goes into 2nd i want to stop 1st going into 2nd by its self do u have any idea's???

its a part of the control units settings.... its a fail safe to stop the trans from blowing up if left in 1st accidently

so there is no way stoping that

you could try get the trans control unit reflashed.... dont know if anyones done it on here or not

as stated, that is part of the computer, you will also notice that if you put it into 1st and are not under 55ks it wont shift down

i know that i want to be able to rev out 1st with out it going into 2nd

why do u want to drive around in 1st at 5500rpm anyway? good way to blow it up :/
