Default Stabilizer bar rear-should it be there?

I have a 1998 commodore executive with ef2 suspension and I looking underneath my car becuase I have vibration problems and I noticed that it didn't have a rear stabilizer bar. Should the ef2 have a rear stabilizer bar? Can anyone tell me.
Thanks to everyone who reads my question.

All VT models came with independent rear suspension incorporating a stabiliser bar. The rear bar doesn't hang down like the one in the front but is installed above the K-frame which might lead you to believe that is doesn't have one.

Plus if you want to remove the rear bar ,you have to drop the rear K frame ,

In my manual, from which I scanned the picture, makes no mention of only certain cars having them. It covers VT series 1.
