Default 3.45 Diff gears in VT ?

Im wanting to put 3.45 diff gears into my VT, its my daily thats why I dont want to go to high ratio.

Will my launch be much better? as with the 3.08's its a snail off the line untill about 60k's.

Also as 3.45 come stock in VL's, will I have any problems if I put them in my VT?

Thanks guys

Nah 3.45s will fit ur vt, is your vt auto or manual, if auto you wont noticed heaps of difference, if manual you will notice it a bit more.
Launch would be slightly better i would assume

hi, 3.45's will knock roughly 10ks off 1st and 2nd.

3.08's @ 5500rpm

1st 67kms
2nd 125kms
3rd 205km +
4th NFI but im guessing that 220 would pull it up. (not enough geek-o-tec power to pull anymore)

3.45's @ 5500 rpm

1st 55kms
2nd 115kms
3rd NFI
4th NFI

Yes your launch will be better aswell as overtaking and towing.

you think its a slug until 60ks?? i think 1st gear revs out pretty quick and its over about 120 where it hits 3rd it slows down.
