This probebly isnt frequently asked but here we go...

Did all VT - VX models come standard with tilt & extending steering columbs?
I know they all came with tilt columbs but mine extends also (asin it pulls out)

Update: Got the answer and the answers yes, they did come with extendable steering columbs.

    Default VX Fuel pump humming

I have recently purchased a VX 2000 Executive - 146,000 kms. I have noticed a few small 'surges' when driving along and now a humming noise persists when the car is running. Someone has told me that it is the fuel pump - the noise is not very loud at present. Can anyone suggest how long this could go on for before it becomes a problem? Should I just go to the Holden Dealer and get a new pump fitted before I have a problem? thanks beryl
