Default fuel pump/sender remove?

Ay guys I finally have dropped my tank, though im stuck on other hertal.

I cant remove the fuel pump/sender. I have tryd screw driver + hammer, multi-grips though just doesnt want to budge an inch. I have read there is a special tool to remove this, do you guys know how much it cost to buy this "special tool"

Or how did you get it to come out?

Thanks guys, this hole process is just a pain lol
