The chassis is the same and also the panels are the same. Maybe a few cosmetics difference.

VS and VT have the same power ratings mate. I can't really make sense of the rest of your post as there is no use of grammar.
yeh go the series 2 hey darron

I was wondering that, Getting out of my old VP into the VTII i was thinking dam this car will be slow they all say that..
Pigs Arse! i think it's got more zip then my old VP.. I spun around in a VS back in 96 when new, It was a flat car on take off.. This VTII is different.

( Thats a bit of a joke, but people would've thought the vx was a big change at the time.) but to put in lsd and fe2 would've been an expensive propostition. Does anyone have a late badged vt s2 that would negate this? IE no lsd no fe2?you will also notice that the last of the vt's series 2 2000 upto september b4 the change to vx had all the options added to them as standard i.e fe2 suspension limited slip diff and a few other creature comforts inside colours were almost all metallic paint too. I have been of late thinking this with my 2000 Berlina..
It has black springs that look Fe2, I got sideways around a roundabout by accident nice power slideMaybe LSD?, And the car has some good poke, Considering they all used to say the VT V6's were the slowest of the V6's..
I got a VP V6 which still goes great but the VT might beat it i have this feeling it will?.
But without really getting in there and looking it's just a feeling i get with it..
The difference between a VT and VX 0-100 is about 0.1 seconds, so even if it did have the VX running gear..Its still not a race carThe feel of a VT is quite different to a VP though.
This end of VTII runout thing doesnt seem very logical. Does anyone here actually watch the run out specials on tv as a guide? FIRST thing they generally add... Are alloys. The Berlina as an example had 17" alloys as an option, late series 2 models didnt get 17" alloys as standard. Now when was the last time you saw a runout special add LSD to the list?
LSD is an EXPENSIVE extra to add as are other things. What do you think $3500 gets you in a run out special? In an Equipe that $3500 got you air conditioning, 16" alloy wheels, cruise control, CD player, power windows, and power antenna. Or $4500 in an Olympic edition got you an auto trans, air conditioning, power windows, 15-inch alloy wheels, bumper inserts, body side mouldings with chrome inserts, chrome exhaust extension, single CD, power antenna, cruise control, unique interior trim.
Slick_Get_Away, why dont you check your compliance plate? If it was fitted with FE2 it will say so. Or jack up the rear and spin a wheel, check if its LSD.
