Default VX indicator problem

every now and again my indicators wont flash they just stay illuminated when i use them, can anyone help with this, cheers

Flasher unit on the way out. Usually they blink like crazy when they're dying, but I guess it could be sticking... It's usually an inexpensive replacement anyway.

Behind the panel below the steering column, where the fuses and relays are.
