Replacing Aerial Mast

i need some advise on how to install a replacement mast & rope for a auto aerial on a vx.

you need to get in side the left wheel arch area, unscrew all the screws near the aerial the unbolt the aerial, unscrew the cap on the end of the aerial switch on radio, pull out old one . switch off radio and QUICKLY stuff the new one in. If you dont get it to catch the first time just turn the radio on wait then off again.
Make sure you see which way the teeth are on the old one when you pull it out.
