my ac problem (climate control)

I had a thread here a while ago about my aircon / climate control on my VX S2 berlina was cutting in and out . It does not seem to exsist anymore . But the problem is getting worse so i decided to pull the car apart today . Why is it always so difficult !? :P

As you may have read before the aircon stopped working the settings from 0-4 fanblades did nothing. when i put it on high it all started to work again.
So i was advised which i don't know if i was right to pull out the relay in the aircon box.

After swearing for an hour i finnaly got the glove box out after ringing the wreckers to figure how to take it out . Then taking another 15 mins to figure how to take the backplate off. I have got that off and the car is in many bits.

i have pulled it out . Please tell me this is the right thing i took out otherwise i will scream . Also how much would it cost to replace?

Hey , i had a guy run over my car with a ALDL scanner and he agreed it must be the resistor. Anyone know where i could get one cheaper than holden or am i going to have to cop it up the butt from them?
