    Default Seal buckeld on boot!

heyas. Have a 2000 VT, and the seal on the bottom of the rear window is coming apart/off for some reason, and its slowly getting worse.

I CANT push it, its like rock hard and wont budge either way....

anyone got any suggestions on what to do?

By the look of it a new seal is about the only thing that will fix it.

The rear window will need to be removed and as Accentstencil suggest you will require a new rear window seal.

my back rubber moved a little back in 1998, just 4 months after buying it. Holden said they would have to replace the rear window. We just had it tinted, and Holden said they wouldn't cover that (grrrrrr!)

Any way it was only minor and they said it had no effect on the window leaking water as it is just a dress trim.

Well this year after a real hot day it buckled like sprocket's!!!
And yep, the only way to fix it is to remove the window and replace the rubber, which Holden actually changed mid way through the series 1's life (Which is strange because sprocket's 2000 VT should be a series 2???? They also changed the front window rubbers/plastics because they can buckle too).
