Default Suggestions how what to mod for a VX executive

Hi gud dae to all

my name's Isaac and i have just purchased my first holden commodore which is a 01 VX executive. Im originally from singapore and have never owned a holden before so im kinda new to this car. But it has been a great drive ( big and comfortable) compared to my other car(i also own a 05 WRX)

Bought this car totally stock and am wondering what works i can do to it.. im new to NSW///so if plp can drop me some advice on what can be done to it and wherebouts i can go get them done in NSW that would be great... hopefully get these stuff done up first

1) Interior seat covers or maybe even customed interior,
2) A nice bodykit which suits the VX executive
3) HID
4) sound system
would be planning to spend 2-4k on it.. the car came with ROH rims so i guess that covered.

Would appreciate all suggestions and directions on where to go..

cheers
Isaac

Is it an 8 or a six? If you want to change the interior you can find heaps of stuff on ebay. There are mods for the dash ie blue leds, different face for speedo etc. Alot of people paint their centre consoles.

exterior you can find a lot of body kits, My preference would be to get something "factory" looking. Also you can change your taillights to monaro ones etc. I would try to think of how you want your car to end up looking and work towards that.

Most people on here will try to stick away from "rice" and advise you to make it look, well more mean... This is more to my tastes as well and I would advise to look over ebay for HSV parts. especially body kits. Ultimately its your car so make it look how you want it to, and have fun with it.

Look in the my rides section for other ideas.

dude a cars like a chick, dooesnt matter what shes wearing as long as everything under the hood looks good, dont go over the top on making it look nice, get it breathing easier first with a k&n filter, cold air intake and a nice sounding exhaust, that'll make it sound good and run better, then move onto the interior and body kit.

and the second post was recommending you put a toyota motor in the car lol. stick with the v6 for now, have fun!
