Default Telstra "Lights On" & Radio code

Hi,
Ive just purchased a damaged ex Telstra Vt Wagon which I have almost repaired & is booked in for inspection. It has the Telstra "lights on", I believe there is a code that can make it normal. Also the radio code card is missing the vin No. is 6H8VTK35H441931.
Any help would be appreciated

You will need to go to Holden and provide proof of ownership to get the radio code (they may charge a fee). I don't think the light thing can be changed by code, I think you have to remove something which was added to the Telsta cars. Someone will provide the the correct information I'm sure. You could ask Holden about it when you go to get the radio code.
