Mate have a search around there's a few threads on different cheap upgrads. Try something like a K&N air filter there around 100ish. It depends on how much is cheapish tho. You could just save your cash and put it all together at once.

hey mate,
i just put some triple platinum plugs in and they seemed to do a little bit, same with the k&n panel got that from supercheap for around 95 buck or something. Getting leads this weekend which sound alright but wel see how i go. Also Type S CAI form F.I.T sounds pretty good, and pretty much looks stock as (i think.)

2.5" cat back - $300 fitted
extractors - $300-$700 depending on brand
Roller Rockers - $700 + pushrods around $100, non istalled (contact yella terra)
CAI- Make your own for $10, or SS inductions $400 waste of money though
Tune - $800-$1100
Cam package - $1000-$1500 fitted

Plenty more mods you can do though mate, just depends on how much your looking at spending

Saving up and getting 2.5in cat back first just so i can have a decent sound, then mates doing a cheap c.a.i for me, then gonna get new plugs/leads/oils/air filter because i just bought the car and want to have clean oils and some of the leads are arking out on eachother. Also if i get a 2.5in cat back exhaust would having twin 3in tips make any difference to the sound ( i.e make it sound worse )

if your just talking about the last 10 inchs of the exhaust that is usually a chrome "tip" then it will not make any difference to the sound of your system
