    Default Easy small dent removal!

Has anybody tried this simple dent removal?
    Orhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=miNykNl-0NM&feature=related
Or, has anybody got any other suggestions for small dent removal without damaging the paint?

Very interesting. I've got one small hail dent I might try that on.
There were other methods on the same page as that youtube clip.

Yes, I saw them, but I am of the opinion that all these methods are only going to work where the panel is only 'poped in', not actually creased. I have a hot air gun (hair dryer) and a can of "freeze" so will try it where a bl**dy woman in a bl**dy four wheel drive pushed a small dent in my guard when she reversed out of a car park, and just drove off.
I am only seeking others opinions before I have a go.

If the dent is easy to get to from behind , try putting a desert spoon over the dent and carefully tapping it with a hammer to knock the dent out .

i was in the car when a 4x4 backed up close enough to me when the towball pushed the plastic bumper in. i got out and she drove off... can a plastic bumper be pushed out with a heat gun and rubber mallet without going licorice?

yes it can be done, just gota make sure not to apply too much heat to the area and rub behind it while hot/warm to get it back to its origional shape.
